Let’s return to Canadian cartoonist Arn Saba’s whimsical creation with this page which prominently features Soapy, a cigar-smoking cat with a Noo Yawk accent. Here we see Soapy raking in the big bucks by being on Neil, who is playing Pac Man at the video game arcade.
