NEW YORK, June 8 — Simon & Schuster, Inc. has entered into a distribution agreement with Rocketship Entertainment. Under the agreement, Simon & Schuster will handle sales and distribution worldwide beginning July 1, 2021.

“In 2019 we launched Rocketship as a company that focused on bringing hit webcomics to print. Today we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be expanding global reach for our creators and partners through Simon & Schuster, a world leader in distribution.” said Rocketship CEO Tom Akel.

The 2021 line up includes the first 2 volumes of the Eisner-nominated mega-hit Let’s Play by Leeanne M. Krecic, the Eisner-nominated epic Brothers Bond by Ryan Benjamin and Kevin Grevioux, the Ringo-award winning Assassin Roommate by Monica Gallagher, the Ringo-nominated comedy Adventures of God by Matteo Ferrazzi and Corey Jay, the social media phenomenon Lars the Awkward Yeti by New York Times bestselling author Nick Seluk, the Ringo-nominated The Croaking by Megan Grey, the hit webcomics #Blessed by M. Victoria Robado, Darbi by Sherard Jackson, Cupid’s Arrows by Thom Zaher, Fox Fires by Emila Ojala, Live Forever by Raul Trevino, Urban Animal by Eisner nominees Justin Jordan and John Amor, Beneath an Alien Sky by Sid Kotian, and Backchannel by the late Stan Lee, Tom Akel, and Andie Tong.
