Comments: This is a black and white comic that fits for the original Twilight Zone. The artwork does a good job of delivering visuals to go with the story.
Edward Kane wants to be immortal. He has financed medicine to cure what makes people old or sick. Now the real test to see if it works is about to start. The test goes great for patient zero, Edward, and the others humans well, the virus mutates, and then it changes the humans. Things do not always turn out how you want them to.
This issue delivers the feeling you get while watching an episode of The Twilight Zone, just without the actors’ feelings and emotions and their humanity.
As you read this book, you can almost hear Rod Sterling’s voice narrating.
Edward Kane is a man used to getting what he wants. He wants to live, and he does not care about the cost to humanity.
The story does give the reader an impactful story with an ending that leaves you wondering what if it could really happen.
