Comments: “Toxie Team-Up” Toxie is in action, and Dragonflyman races to intercept King Rembrandt. King Rembrandt shoots both Toxie and Dragonflyman with his radioactive mind-controlling paint. They both get free of its influence. The fighting is slow and boring. The two heroes, Dragonflyman and Toxie, do complement each other. The art is good, just that it is not used well, with little action and no good heroic poses.
“An Acquired Taste” Malcolm thinks of himself as the ruler of his neighbourhood, and when the Bedfords move i, that is threatened. Malcolm thinks he is all that and then some. He does serve a role in the Halloween festivities. All the chocolate he had was delicious.
The moral of the story is, do not be obsessed with your position in life.
“Where Did You Go?” This story is about pushing or not pushing a button. The story is no more than that. It needed more to it. The narrative does generate a slight intinterestut not enough. The story is way too short, so it does not have time to build up suspense.
