Comments: “The Toxic Avenger: It’s A Girl!” Toxie and his girlfriend get a cute pet. The way they get it, though, is disgusting. Toxie’s girlfriend is horny and it is nice to see these two showing a little affection. The art is beautiful, showing Toxie as a deformed monster and his girlfriend as ordinary.
All the pin-ups look amazing. Toxie is a hero of a different breed.
“Best If Used By”A can of sardines turns into a can of jellied cranberries. This was a mistake in the writing, it was only meant to be jellied cranberries. The story of this lonely can of food is sad yet with it finally accomplishing a worthwhile goal it knows peace. It is a inventive story showing great imagination.
“Grief Is The New Crypto.” This story is about grieving for a loved one. It does have a different twist to it, yet it never goes anywhere. The characters are sweet and ones you will enjoy. There is no punch line. The grieving man, the husband, and his wife are all great characters and set up nicely, just no place to go.
