Comments: There are lots of superheroes who are not available, and so the ones who are are trying to call in more. There is a lot of standing around with not much going on here.
The heroes on hand respond to a group of super villains, and all you know is that something is breaking loose.
Boa Constrictor is illustrated showing off her powers. She looks great. The rest of the heroes and villains needed to be shown off better.
There is a battle going on in the streets. Lots of action and lots of powers in play. The heroes and villains, unless you have read previous issues, you will have no idea who they are. Other than from their names, you will not know what they are capable of doing.
The Eliminator steals the Black Shard Crystal, but why? It would be nice to know a little bit about why things are happening.
This entire issue is really slow-moving. It does not get into the heroes or villains much, so you know very little about them. The more you know about them more you care about them.
This issue needed more.
