Comments: A colorful thief makes his appearance, and he’s a happy-go-lucky character. His costume is perfectly designed. The Agent responds swiftly, and the fight is over before it even begins. They share some charming repartee.
Atomik Bombshell wonders why Alpha is standing in front of a rift, and from that rift emerge monsters. The Agent calls for reinforcements. Some of the newer members are briefly introduced, so you don’t get to know them well, but that’s enough for the fight scenes.
At times, the art feels a bit too plain and could benefit from more detail and definition. The stylish lettering of Atomik Bombshell’s name is beautifully done. However, the monsters aren’t showcased effectively.
There’s a dynamic between Alpha and Atomik Bombshell, suggesting they’re opposites. This mystery will likely be explored further in the future.
This issue could have used more depth and a stronger focus on the main storyline. There are too many elements at play: a party, the battle, the intrigue surrounding Atomik Bombshell, the mystery of Alpha, the new members, and the relationship between Alpha and Omega.
The Agent could have been utilized more. Ultimately, the Fruit Fly was the highlight of this issue.
