Comments: Lisa Cheese finds herself caught between Sister Firehair of the Burning Bun Clan and a group of burger mascots in a showdown that can only be described as the Burning Bakery versus Eat Is Burger. The broccoli monster is a cool-looking creation, and it launches an attack on Lisa and Linda. Lisa proves quickly that she is no pushover, showing herself to be both a capable fighter and a tough one. Lisa is, of course, your everyday ordinary human unicorn lady with a cybernetic arm who dreams of being a folk singer while working as an office employee. Perfectly normal stuff. The Lunch Lady also steps into the action, facing Firehair in the latest chapter of these ongoing restaurant wars. This issue serves as a look back at a feud that clearly still has plenty of life left in it. There are all kinds of weird and memorable characters throughout the story. The tone stays mostly laid back and quirky, except for the moments when Lisa completely loses it. Lisa’s trip home is just as strange as everything else. The people she encountered in her childhood are definitely not the sort you see every day, if ever. Things escalate when Lisa and her friends come up against the Conjoined Void, one seriously ugly monster. Together, they stand their ground and battle their way through the chaos. Ghost Guitar is another standout character and easily one of the coolest in the book. Lisa Cheese may be cartoony in design, but she is also one of the toughest unicorns you will ever see. The artwork captures both her fun side and her hard edge. When a fight breaks out, Lisa gets rough and tough in a hurry.
