Comments: The opening scenes have you wondering what has happened here?
We see two cops working their shift in New Orleans. The man is a racist and he mistreats people simply because of their skin color.
Now after the storm. Things in New Orleans are different. The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) patrol the water and hand out their own brand of justice. Pat a female NOPD officer does not agree with them.
The main characters are all introduced. The art looks good. The characters are illustrated realistically.
You are left with a mystery such as what was the storm, where did it come from? Why has racial hostility broken out here in such a deadly manner?
The characters we need to know more about and the situation. There is some tension but it is over fast at least until the male members of the NOPD find more people of color.
