Comments: Stray is trying to find Anya Reddick she may be a killer.
A look back shows Rodney aka Stray at a school filled with superpowers. He and his partner are there undercover. The faces of the students in the school are drawn elongated.
The story moves along slowly and it focuses more on teen drama than superpowered teens.
The superpowered teens at the school are shown but who they are and what their powers are is not gotten into enough. Plus of course the why?
Stray or Quarrel as he was known at the time of this look back is a character that could be used better and if so he could be great.
