Major Milestone Shattered on Zoop!

March 19th, 2026, (LOS ANGELES, CA) — While it has held the title of “Highest Grossing Campaign” on the Zoop crowdfunding platform for a few months now, I Roved Out in Search of Truth and Love: Tomes 1-3 has reached a major milestone. The campaign just crossed the $700,000 mark, officially making I Roved Out… the #21 top grossing comic related crowdfunding campaign of all time, regardless of platform.

Thanks to Zoop’s approach of re-opening the campaign for late backers, the tally increased since the campaign’s official close in late 2025.  And, of course, Alexis Flower’s fans keep increasing their support of the esteemed artist.

While not a known name in the traditional North American Comics landscape, Flower has carved out a niche in the web comics space on Patreon, and Webtoon. He has cultivated a loyal audience over the years, and when it came time to provide his fans with a physical offering of his work, they jumped at the chance.

The book is currently in production, and any additional orders will have to wait til books arrive at fulfillment.  But, the demand for Flower’s work will only increase over time.

The campaign reprints Tomes 1 and 2 with updated pages and new covers, and releases Tome 3 for the first time. Fans of the series know what to expect from previous campaigns, while new fans may be pleasantly surprised at all of the spicy offerings.

Creator Alexis Flower states “I Roved Out is a thing I always wanted to find and never really did and ended up having to make myself. It could not exist without crowdfunding. I hope it inspires or frustrates someone enough that they have to create their own new thing, because I want to read that.”
