League of Legends Official ’25 Season 3 ‘Twilight’s End’ Cinematic

The motion comics have been leading up to this event, and it’s finally here! After being pulled into Xin Zhao’s past with the Darkin corruption, a LeBlanc and Vladimir glimpse, and a voice teaser for Zaahen, the new cinematic “Twilight’s End” brings an epic twist for some champions.

All paths converge at the Temple of Twilight in a brand-new cinematic made in partnership with award-winning French studio Fortiche, responsible for the production of Arcane. Centuries ago, Zaahen made a choice, and now Xin Zhao must make his own in “Twilight’s End.”

The Darkin are an intriguing group that were once Ascended but lost their leader, resulting in their corruption and numerous internal wars. In the end, they became sealed within their own weapons, as we see with Rhaast and Varus.

Is there a possibility that there is an uncorrupted Darkin in the future of League of Legends? Riot has hinted in Reddit posts:

“For the next new champ we’re looking to reveal more about them in more thematic ways rather than just dropping a bunch of info via devs talking at a camera (comics in the client at present one of those ways, more to come as well)” – RiotMeddler
