The story:
The ancient African tradition for evading war was the proclamation of a village champion. These sole defenders would battle as Representatives of their people and tribal cities. Throughout the years myths say there was one champion who was granted the role of eternal guardian from Earth Mother herself. This eternal guardian acts as the earthly avatar for the Earth Mother an guards the peace and safety of the citizens of the great city of Ontswa. The year is Now and the tradition still continues. This is the Protector.

2-time Glyph Comic Award nominee (The Protector, Hedge Hollow) is COO of Second Sight Publishing and freelance writer/comic creator. Marcus has written on several titles including the horror anthologies Mississippi Zombie and Second Sight Publishing presents Harvest of Horror. and divides his time between mentoring comic creators and handling the day to day operations at Second Sight.
ARTIST: CRISTIAN SAURET
Cristian was born in 1984 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His interest for comics came at a early age reading DC and Columba comics. He had teachers like Walther Taborda, Salvador Sanz and other argentinian artists. He started to work in comics at the age of 21. He did a couple of novel adaptations to graphic novels, some work for UK and Canada and mostly for indie projects on the USA
About Author
Peter Breau doesn’t leap tall building with a single bound but he does write about heroes who do. Peter is a comic book, screen and fiction writer. He has written many professional comics in his short 5-year career. Peter lives in Saint John with his wife Kelli and 2 children Dante and Jaden.
