Riot Games has bestowed us with a Riftbound: Unleashed card to preview for all you Riftbounders out there! This Champion was first introduced in Riftbound: Origins as Vi – Destructive within the Fury Domain. The card we are unveiling today is a wonderful depiction of the Domains she represents. She became popular for her impressive synergy with other cards throughout Origins’ release. Furthermore, we bet Vi will have the same impact with her now as a Legend. Fury and Order come to deliver each punch in Riftbound’s 3rd set through Legend, Vi – Piltover Enforcer.
Those familiar with the critically acclaimed animated show Arcane will recognize Piltover as the city of progress, thriving with power and influence. It is associated with some favorite champions from League of Legends, such as Jayce, Caitlyn, Heimerdinger, Ezreal, Camille, Orianna, Seraphine, and Vi. Piltover has a long history with the underbelly city below its cliffs, in the district Zaun. Posing as two opposites in the present day, though at one time they were united.
The Piltover Enforcer
Though our Legend is with the Piltover Enforcers, her origins lie in the polluted underbelly of Zaun. Our hot (pink) headed woman is as fearless as she is impulsive, fighting to keep the peace with her hextech gauntlets. Vi’s ability allows the player to exhaust her card to ready a unit after assigning 3 or more excess damage. For example, this effect allows a unit to become ready after entering the Base. Cards to consider pairing with this with Legend include Rengar – Pouncing (Champion Unit), Blood Rush (Spell), Cleave (Spell), and any gear that can amp up your damage.

Conquer: When you take control of a battlefield that you haven’t previously controlled and haven’t scored on this turn.
Exhaust: Rotating a card from an upright position to a horizontal one indicates that the card has been played.
The Preview Season starts in full on Monday, March 16, and runs through March 27. Riftbound: Unleashed releases May 8th, 2026.
