I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Andrew Pepoy, now Margeaux Pepoy, for many years, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge and support their announcement. Margeaux has been a constant professional and a genuinely kind presence in comics, and it’s an honour to see their step forward and share this important part of their life.
For those who may not realize just how deep their contributions run, Margeaux Pepoy has built an incredible career across the comic book industry. They are perhaps best known for their extensive work as an inker, particularly with DC Comics, where they worked on high-profile titles including Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman, and Justice League. Their clean, expressive inking style helped define the look of many modern interpretations of these iconic characters.
Their talents have also been seen at Marvel Comics, where they contributed to a variety of titles, bringing that same level of polish and storytelling clarity to Marvel’s characters. Beyond the “Big Two,” Margeaux has worked with Archie Comics, where their style was a perfect fit for the expressive, character driven world of Archie and its extended universe. They has also collaborated with publishers like Bongo Comics, IDW Publishing and Dynamite Entertainment, showcasing their versatility across genres, from superheroes to licensed properties and beyond.
Margeaux and worked together both at Archie Comics promoting thier work on Katy Keene, and G-Man Comics. Like so many creators who have contirbuted to G-Man Comics growing universe, they brought professionalism, experience, and a true love of the craft. They didn’t just contribute a cover, they helped elevate the work and the people around them. It’s something I’ll always appreciate.
Margeaux has always been supportive, thoughtful, and generous with their time and talent. This is someone who has quietly helped shape comics for years, and I’m grateful to call them a colleague and a friend.
