Mike Rooth was interviewed by Dominic Chenier. Mike spoke about what info he gets for drawing a cover and a page of interior artwork, his process of penciling a page and then inking it, wrestling with deadlines, decisions you make when creating the page and regrets after sending it in, his designing characters for Ottawa and Montreal Comic Con and seeing it displayed not just in the convention but outside of it on highways and in subways, how he got his first work in a Conan comic, what he did before doing comic books, his artwork getting tattooed on people, how he handles it when he gets super tired and it’s starting to affect his linework, meeting his hero Jim the Anvil Neidhart and his process for coloring.
