SUMMIT COMICS’ SNEAK PEAK 2025 NOW AVAILABLE

New indie comics collective debuts shared world.

Summit Comics, a new comics collective featuring some of the hottest names in comics’ crowdfunding circles, is set to launch a new shared comics universe after the first of the year. Featuring characters new and old from over a dozen creatives—who’ve collectively raised nearly half a million dollars on Kickstarter—Summit will tell tales in a single shared world, allowing characters and storylines to jump over from one creator-owned title to the next.

At the root of it all will be Summit: Pinnacle, an annual anthology featuring short stories from all corners of the Summit Universe. Those shorts will then continue on in Summit Comics Presents, a bi-monthly release inspired by weekly shōnen manga titles, with select characters receiving their own limited series, such as Publisher Travis Gibb’s Upheaval and CJ Hudson’s Granite.

The Road to Pinnacle Begins Now

After months of anticipation, we’re delighted to announce the release of our first ever title — Summit Sneak Peak 2025. Sneak Peak 2025 can be purchased digitally with an instant download, and physical preorders are open now with printing and distribution to happen by the end of the year.

Within the 32 pages of Sneak Peak 2025, you will find five of the dozen-plus stories that will later appear in Pinnacle #1, our official universe launching point in January 2026. Sneak Peak 2025 is meant to give readers, creators, and critics a taste of what to expect from the Summit umbrella and its wide-ranging offerings. Readers will dip into the macabre Black Below within the pages of Erebra, sneak past enemy lines in espionage thriller Vesper, and tag along for a night on the town with Summit’s own super-powered party girl in Granite. That’s not to forget the hi-tech action of Upheaval, the hit Kickstarter comic from the mind of Travis Gibb and Brian Wolf, or Golden Sun from Best Jackett alumnus Nate Schachter.

“Over the years, countless creators have approached me about joining their publishing companies. Many have dreams of becoming the next Image Comics. But it wasn’t until I met the team behind SUMMIT that I truly felt compelled to jump on board,” Summit Publisher Travis Gibb has said of the new shared world. “SUMMIT is built on a love of superheroes, with the goal of creating a connected universe filled with stories that truly matter. This group of creators want to build something that lasts and tells stories in unique ways that can create the next generation of heroes.”

Along with the digital download of Summit Sneak Peak 2025, readers can pre-order two covers courtesy of rising indie star Jordi Perez. The regular cover will have an uncapped print run while the limited edition black and white variant will be limited only to what’s ordered in pre-orders.
