SDCC 2026: PRIME HUNTING FOR HOMAGE COVERS

Hello my fellow hunter. It’s the most wonderful time of the year! SDCC is just a few days away and that always brings lots of homage covers to hunt down. I followed their tracks and have a bead on them, hopefully this article helps you bag a few big game trophy homage covers.  (I will do my best to note the SDCC Exclusives that are only available on Ebay live & Whatnot)

“Deep Down #1” cover art by Tim Seeley is coming to Kickstarter . This SDCC Exclusive Preview Edition cover pays homage to “Deadpool #1″penciler Joe Madureira and inker Mark Farmer. “Deep Down #1” is written by Fabian Nicieza, co-creator of Deadpool.

Kid Hero Productions SDCC Exclusive “Anito: Book of Entropy #1” Cover Art by Cesar Cueva homage to “The Brady Bunch.” The iconic split-screen grid for “The Brady Bunch” television intro was a collaborative creation born from a doodle by series creator Sherwood Schwartz, a visual design by effects artist Howard Anderson Jr., and an underlying technical process invented by filmmaker Christopher Chapman.
