Comments: Die Hard leads the team in with Badrock, Shaft, Vogue, Chapel, and PSI-Fire. They charge full tilt in and meet Prophet. They face Darkthornn’s forces. This is not an easy battle. Youngblood faces a foe that is their equal or better.
There is a threat to humanity, but we are told next to nothing about it. Who exactly are they, and what do they want other than conquering the human race? We only see a small number of these invaders from another dimension. The Youngblood team has many members, yet they are not an army for the one Darkthornn is supposed to have. It would be nice to see this army.
Die Hard is the leader in this issue, and his leadership is not shown. Shaft steps in some, but Youngblood does not have a clear leader here.
Badrock has some big muscles, and they are not shown off well enough. The fighting scenes, as well, needed to be better drawn. The colors look great. The characters, though, need to be better shown in combat, and the story should tell us more about the characters. Darkthorn, the main villain, should have been built up more as a huge threat.
The Youngblood team looks great on the surface.
