Comments: Miss Astor St. Croix, on her way to a party, dies in a car crash, yet that does not stop her from going to the party. Those around her know what happened, but she does not seem to. She is illustrated as a beautiful blonde woman.
Satr, a daughter of Lilith, is part of Astor, and she is a dark force. She even attacks a couple of superheroes.
The Night Lili is fighting the superheroes again. True Knight, True Blue, and Red Halo are all out to stop the Night Lili. Red Halo and Night Lili take the fight to the skies.
Nigh, the Lili and Astor are bound together. Night Lili is beautifully illustrated in black. She does put up one hell of a battle.
The superheroes here you do not learn much about othethanen they fight evil. Night, Lil, I think we do learn a fair amount about. She is the most interesting part of this story.
“The Tale of Red Halo.” Here we get the origins of Red Halo. Red Halo has had a long, hard road she travel to get where she is now. She is a fallen angel living among humans and made flesh.
“The Demon Priest.” This demon priest comes to Earth and starts his church, which is his headquarters for battling crime.
The different way superheroes are handled in this book makes it more interesting, as they are treated more as human beings. Even the ones with mythical backgrounds are. These characters are something else, nd they are true heroes to entertain you.
