Comments: She-Kabet, a Priestess of Set, stands before Father Goncallo. The colors, style, and design of this Priestess are amazing. She is a stunning figure to behold. She has a plan.
Solomon is a figure in black. He is presented as a fighting man, yet a quiet one.
The attention to detail on the clothing is stunning. The characters are drawn to fit in perfectly with the time era.
So Solomon Kane and four others are going on a treasure hunt for the Serpent’s Ring and other treasure. A father and daughter, and two men of ill repute.
Solomon and Diamanta share an amusing moment on the ship carrying them to the Gold Coast.  Then, in a bar, a brawl breaks out. Diamanta may be a lad, but she can also fight.
The one panel showing Solomon Kane and his companions coming ashore presents a beautiful perspective of them. The whole scene is just drawn so well.
Solomon and his group reach Africa and are greeted by a priest, Father Goncallo, and things are set up to get interesting in the coming issues. Yes, everything is falling into place.
Solomon Kane is a man on an adventure who is always trying to do the right thing as his conscious dictates. He is a man unlike any other man.
