Comments: Simon meets his new boss and it is not love at first sight. The art is vague lacking in detail. The faces, clothing, and backgrounds are all so simple, that they need more to them.
The new boss has an attitude and he wants to control those under him with an iron fist. The team though does not react well to him. He creates a lot of drama.  There is a great variety of superheroes shown here. They are illustrated in more detail. When they are in costume the detail is there. The new Boss is creating so much tension he wants total unquestioning control. It’s his way or you’re gone. Simon is fast getting fed up with this Boss. He is not given a name this Boss. You will find yourself hating him. He thinks he is doing the right thing, but Simon and Sgt. Flagg do not. The newer members just follow orders. Simon gets to take out his frustration on a Mummy and Werewolf. The Boo Crew is one monsterous team. They are a great addition to this issue.
The new member of the G-Men is illustrated as someone you can tell will impact the team.
“Dossier: Agent Kirby” The new Boss is trying to figure out how to get Kirby to do what he wants. The art here is very plain. Nothing stands out about it.
The pin-up in the back is gorgeous.
