Comments: The real-life tale of Nikolai Volkoff – his family history, his escape from the Soviet Bloc, & his rise to wrestling fame in the USA!
Nikolai’s grandfather was a man to be looked up to. He believed in doing what he thought was right.
The art is rough. To much black ink is used as filler.
Nikolai growing up trained to be an Electrician, Judo and weight lifting.
Nikolai ends up defecting. He wants a better life and starts it off in Canada. And his story continues next issue.
Nikolai is a man who goes after what he wants. The story is written as a real life documentary so its not overly exciting but it is interesting. If your a wrestling fan you will definitely enjoy learning more about one of the greats.
