Comments: Cassie and Jessica are having fun at a party. Cassie is a shy girl, and Jessica is pushing her to finally participate in life. As Cassie faces her hardships head-on, you can see how hard they are hitting her. Jessica points out the things Cassie doesn’t want to think about, forcing her to confront them.

Then, a pirate woman from a fan fiction story appears and starts pursuing Cassie. The explanation for why this is happening isn’t very clear yet. However, the art is beautifully done throughout the comic; the girls are gorgeous, and their outfits are very cute, especially the pirates’ lovely attire.

Because she is being pushed, Cassie’s emotions are highly charged. She thinks she wants her old life back—the one she had before Jessica—but she isn’t entirely sure. She has actually been stepping up more since Jessica arrived. Now, Cassie wants to be in control. She wants everything to go exactly the way it does in the fan fiction she writes. Her only problem is that life doesn’t always work out the way you want it to.
