The art is flat-looking and lacking in details.
Outrage and the team Invictus along with the Falcon and her agents are out trying to prove Outrage’s innocence.
Outrage finds and engages the killer that she was framed as being. They exchange blows. It is a slubber knocker. Meanwhile, two members of Invictus are in action as well.
This issue does move along slowly.
Midnight Blue the villainess in this issue is a beautiful woman who does like to be in control.
Outrage does not see much action here. Outrage’s personality shines as she is a hero and wants to do the right thing.
Outrage definitely shines as a true hero.
