Comments: Two Houses are meeting. The Houses have an uneasy truce. They work together yet each one wants to be in charge. House Slaughter wants to kill Jace Boucher Slaughter.
Not a lot of what is going on is explained.
Jace is shown fighting a huge dragon-like monster. Things did get bloody. You would think the way it is presented was a battle from his past. After the battle, Jace stands tall yet he is just protecting the innocent.
With Houses Slaughter and Bouchard gathered together Jace now has all his enemies in one place. The Butcher is ready to hunt.
This issue does not have enough happening in it. It sets things up for other future issues, but not enough is happening here. The children we do not see much of. Some guy talks to Jace but in this issue, nothing is said about who he is.
Jace comes across to the readers as a tough guy with the muscle and skills to back it up.
