Comments: “Imperfect Flesh.” Some evil creature is possessing humans and looking for the perfect evil one who does not care about others. One who will not mind mindless killing. This creature finally notices that humans are far more cruel than it ever could be. Other than a black cloud, we do not see this creature. There is some mystery about the creature, and seeing it admit humans are far more evil than itself is fitting for this story.
“Abadon” Well, this is about a town by a lake where the people there have the worst living conditions ever. The people there do decide that if they are living in this mess, why not share it?
“Reconquista” Nice ominous art showing many characters, rs, and lots of them will have you expecting something really bad to happen. The bad things you are expecting never happen. The appearance of a young vampire is out of the blue. Why is he there? The atmosphere gives the impression that this is an old black and white movie.
“I Can’t Take You Anywhere” A couple of cute one-panel cartoons with acute messages.
“The Life and Death of Lucas Dreamwalker, Part Two” Lucas does have an attempt on his life as the bullets fly. There is an exciting fast fast-paced car chase. Lucas has his second dream, where he dies, and in the third one, he dies for real. The story has a noir setting. Lucas is an interesting character, yet the story needs more to it.
