Comments: Agent Kirby and Sgt. Flag and a whole lot of other G-Men members. They strike hard and fast at the enemy. The team is drawn in some wonderful poses as the battle is on, with the art focusing on the heroes the most. There are plenty of heroes here and a nice variety of powers and abilities. Joe Dragon takes center stage here a lot. He is a great character with his fighting skills and magical side.
The G-Men are attacked again. A possessed Kapre attacks the m, and this creature is out to kill.
The team acts to contain this global threat. The heroes are being attacked all over.
We then skip to Nardo in “With These Invisible Bonds I Keep.” He is battling a giant lizard, a Maligno, and yes, this creature is illustrated to let you know it is a huge threat. This fight actually offers something new, and the pose does show off Nardo’s heroic side as well as his strength. He knows what it means to be a hero.
Nardo, we see, is a different kind of hero. His character provides something new and refreshing. This makes the issue stand out as something special.
The Flying Dutchman flies in and leaves us with a cliffhanger. He is drawn with some big muscles.
Now this issue delivers on what a comic book should be. Good story and good art, which makes for a great comic.
