A critique is the lack of a compelling villain, which makes the story feel uneven, with most of the fighting against common thugs; However, the artwork by Aaron Lopresti and Matt Ryan is sharp, making the modern setting engaging, with colors contrasting sunshine and shadows effectively. ‘Zorro’s Legacy’ is a daring, action-packed take that, despite some stumbles, honors the hero’s heritage for a new audience.
