After all the hype from Blizzcon about Overwatch and Overwatch 2, Blizzard Entertainment keeps the hype train moving. This week the company released a new short story pertaining to one the game’s popular heroes, Mercy.

Valkyrie tells the story of Dr. Ziegler working in an aid camp in Egypt while reflecting on her life and time in Overwatch. The story can be found here.

To coincide with Valkyrie, a new challenge has begun this week.  Running through December 2, “Mercy’s Recall Challenge” offers new sprays, icon, and legendary skin.

Winning three games earns you a new Dr. Ziegler icon, six games earns two new sprays, and winning nine games will earn you the new legendary Dr. Ziegler skin.

That’s not all though. More sprays can be earned through Twitch.  This time any stream in the Overwatch game category will be eligible for rewards through December 2.  Reward sprays come at two, four, and six hours of viewing. The Twitch account viewing the streams must also be linked to a Blizzard account to be eligible for prizes.
