On this week’s NXT, Halloween Havoc host Shotzi Blackheart announced the return of a fan favorite match from past Halloween Havocs in the heyday of WCW.

After an attack by Johnny Gargano, which laid out North American Champion Damian Priest, he was joined by his wife Candace LaRae. Not soon after they were joined by General Manager William Regal. Regal said that LaRae will face Io Shirai for the NXT Women’s Championship and Gargano will face Priest for the North American Championship.

However, after this announcement they were joined by Halloween Havoc host Shotzi Blackheart who said that both matches will have stipulations determined at Halloween Havoc by “Spin The Wheel, Make A Deal.”

“Spin The Wheel, Make A Deal” has many different possibilities of matches, from a blindfold match to a weapons match to a “buried alive” match; and much more. The first incarnation was in 1992 where Sting faced Jake Roberts in a “Coal Miners Glove” match. The second was in 1993 where Cactus Jack faced Big Van Vader in a brutal and bloody “Texas Death Match.”

NXT’s version of Halloween Havoc will air October 28 on the USA Network at 8pm.

The current card is as follows:

Spin The Wheel, Make A Deal for the NXT North American Championship: Johnny Gargano vs Damian Priest (c)

Spin The Wheel, Make A Deal for the NXT Women’s Championship: Candace LaRae vs Io Shirai (c)

Rhea Ripley vs Raquel Gonzales
