Neymar Jr. Comics Reveals First Issue of Inked: Aftercare
Title’s Third Series Now Available on Immersive Digital Comics Platform
New York, N.Y. (Feb. 11, 2020) – Fan The Flame Concepts LLC, an independent comic and graphic novel producer, today announced the debut issue of Neymar Jr. Comics’ Inked: Aftercare. The new series is available for Neymar Jr. Comics’ more than 3 million global followers and beyond to read for free on Fan The Flame’s immersive digital comics platform at www.NeymarJrComics.com, where readers can access in six languages.
The third series in the Inked franchise, Aftercare was developed by New York Times-bestselling author and comic and graphic novel creator Jason M. Burns. Junior is the franchise’s protagonist, drawn in Neymar Jr.’s likeness, who uses magical tattoo ink to bring his body art to life. Aftercare finds Junior still reeling from the events detailed in the previous Inked series, Folk Legend. The evil mastermind Hugo recruits a group of villains–including one thought to be permanently out of the picture–to ensure that Junior, the unlikely hero with living tattoos, is defeated once and for all.
“It’s exciting to see how Junior’s universe keeps expanding into new directions and stories,” said Neymar Jr. “The team at Fan The Flame has created a world with brilliant artwork and limitless possibilities to keep both our longtime fans and new readers engaged.”
Inked: Aftercare the latest title tailored to Neymar Jr. Comics’ youthful audience’s mobile-driven habits and preferences. Short episodes of new comics are released five days per week, in a free, ad-supported user interface that publishes in six languages and utilizes multiple reading capabilities, including the Digitoons vertical scrolling format.
Featuring art by Gonzalo Garcia with colors by Jota Cabral and cover by Garcia and Dustin Evans, and letters by Burns and Nick Deschenes, Inked: Aftercare is online exclusively at https://www.neymarjrcomics.com or through the dynamic, experience of the Neymar Jr. Comics app. This breakthrough app for comic book fans is available in either iOS format through the App Store or Android format in the Google Play Store.
Like all Neymar Jr. Comics titles, Inked: Aftercare donates a portion of its proceeds to the Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr., the athlete’s non-profit social organization. INJR aims to expand opportunities for children, adolescents and their families living in situations of social vulnerability through education, culture, sports and health.
Neymar Jr. Comics is also available for partnerships with entertainment ventures looking to license fresh, original stories, and the digital platform is an innovative, high-engagement avenue for advertisers and brands looking to reach audiences in an intuitive new way.https://www.firstcomicsnews.com/neymar-jr-comics-reveals-first-issue-of-inked-aftercare/https://www.firstcomicsnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Inked-logo-600x257.pnghttps://www.firstcomicsnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Inked-logo-150x64.pngNewsaftercare,comics,first,inked,issue,neymar,reveals
