Celebrating its 20th Anniversary, NYCC 2026 is Bringing Together Stars from Across Pop Culture’s Biggest Franchises, Including Hayden Christensen, Ian McDiarmid, Lena Headey, Jamie Campbell Bower, and More
NORWALK, CT – June 23, 2026 – Next stop: New York Comic Con! ReedPop, the world’s leading producer of pop culture events, today unveiled a first look at the star-studded guest, creator, and exhibitor lineups for New York Comic Con 2026. Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, NYCC returns to the Javits Center in New York City on October 8-11, 2026.
Guests heading to New York Comic Con this October include Star Wars’ stars Hayden Christensen and Ian McDiarmid; Lena Headey (Game of Thrones, 300); Jamie Campbell Bower (Stranger Things, Camelot); Jim Henson puppet designer Bonnie Erickson and puppeteers Matt Vogel (Kermit the Frog), Dave Goelz (Gonzo the Great) and Bill Barretta (Pepe the King Prawn, The Swedish Chef); cast members from fan-favorite films and TV series including Jurassic Park, Smallville, Scream, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Superman & Lois, and more; plus voice actors Ben Starr, Jennifer English, Emily Rose, Nolan North, and others.
Comic legends like Frank Miller, Jim Lee, James Tynion IV, Stephanie Phillips, Nick Dragotta, and Scott Snyder, along with literary guests such as Becky Chambers, Fiona Davis, J.R. Ward, Kyle MacLachlan, MrBallen, and Rick Riordan, will also make their way to this year’s convention. New York Comic Con also revealed the first wave of exhibitors heading to the NYCC Show Floor, including publishers like Dark Horse, DC, HarperCollins, Marvel, Penguin Random House, Simon & Schuster, Webtoon, and others, plus Bandai, Crunchyroll, eBay, Magic the Gathering, Nickelodeon, Paramount+, TikTok Shop, Viz, and many more.
To commemorate this incredible anniversary milestone for NYCC, ReedPop is partnering with another NYC icon, Coney Island, as the official theme for 2026. The collaboration brings together two legendary NYC destinations that have long invited fans to play, explore, and fully embrace what they love. For generations, Coney Island has been a symbol of joy, spectacle, and imagination—much like NYCC, where fans from around the world gather each year to celebrate the stories, characters, and communities that inspire them. Together, they represent the heart of New York at its most vibrant: creative, inclusive, and unapologetically fun.
Tickets go on sale to the general public for New York Comic Con 2026 tomorrow, Wednesday, June 24 at 12:00 PM ET.
