It is time to begin planning your trip to the Big Apple and jot down time slots for those must-sees, con goers! The programming schedule for this year’s New York Comic Con (NYCC) is live! NYCC is set to take over the big city at the Javits Center this October, Thursday, 09 to Sunday, 12th. The convention celebrates pop culture, encompassing everything from comics and cosplay to anime, fantasy, art, and beyond. Attendees can look forward to a fantastic lineup of talented artists, engaging panels, impressive cosplay, interactive pop-up events, meetups, and live concerts.
Guests of honor include Bryce Dallas Howard (Jurassic World, Spider-Man 3), James McAvoy (X-Men: First Class), Elliot Page (X-Men Days of Future Past, Umbrella Academy, Juno), Ming-Na Wen (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Mulan, The Mandalorian), Nicholas Hoult (Superman, Nosferatu, X-Men: First Class), Simu Liu (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Kim’s Convenience, Barbie) and George R.R. Martin (Game of Thrones).

Panels range from a variety of different categories and genres throughout the weekend. Big names like Critical Role, Star Wars, Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe, The Walking Dead, Hazbin Hotel, DC Comics: Gotham City, and MARVEL COMICS: Spider-Man and his Venomous Friends will be hitting the stage. The annual Cosplay Central Crown Championships is making a return this year on the main stage, Saturday, October 11th at 8:15 PM – 9:45 PM, and will include incredible cosplayers showcasing their hard work.
