Maximo Raw is a 382 page, black and white, magazine size (8.5 x 11) graphic novel that will be available on kickstarter in late February/March 2021.
Maximo comes home from his tour of duty to find his mother and father brutally murdered. He finds out who the murderer is and goes on a massive rampage of revenge, killing everything in sight. Along the way he runs through a gauntlet of big bosses, but even if he survives, his target may already be dead. Over the top action. Big boss battles. Sword fights. Explosions. Shootouts with hundreds and hundreds of rounds fired. Kung Fu Style fighting. Big sound effects. 150 + body count. And some other surprises.
Maximo Raw is self published by Laurent Minassian and will be available on kickstarter in late February/March 2021. The book will only be available in print form. It’s designed specifically for print. Quite a few of the pages will end on a “cliffhanger”, so swiping to the next page will not cause the same type of anticipation like turning over the page. Also, there are some full double page spreads that will make the reader say, “Wow”.
