Matt Dinniman & Vault Unveil Surprise Main Character for All-New Dungeon Crawler Carl Graphic Novel on Backerkit

Missoula, MT (09/16/2025) – After much fan speculation, Matt Dinniman & Vault Comics have finally announced the main character and title of the forthcoming Dungeon Crawler Carl graphic novel. Titled Dungeon Crawler Carl: Crocodile, this brand new, 100% canon graphic novel will focus on mercenary Florin “The Crocodile” DuPont, one of the most beloved–and enigmatic–characters in the Dungeon Crawler Carl universe.

To mark the occasion, Matt Dinniman and Vault have released a special teaser video and unveiled the graphic novel’s incredible cover by series artist Brett Bean.
