Magic: The Gathering has released its first space opera set, Edge of Eternities, which takes place within a region beyond the Multiverse. Released on August 1, 2025, this set fully encompasses the themes of interstellar travel, spacecraft, alien factions, and incredible cosmic power. Edge of Eternities marks the beginning of the third and final story arc of the Metronome storyline and introduces brand-new Commander decks to get players into the heart of gameplay.
Set within the depths of the Sothera system, Edge of Eternities combines a deeply space-themed narrative with elements of high-fantasy science fiction. Players will explore the Edge, a realm that lies outside the Multiverse and comes into contact with the Blind Eternities, offering an epic experience unlike any other in the game.

Edge of Eternities – Play Boosters
Play Boosters give players a classic rush of excitement from the unknown. Each pack comes with 1-4 cards of rarity ranging from Rare or higher, including a chance to come across a Special Guest Mythic Rare with new Borderless art. Each booster includes at least 1 shining Traditional Foil card of any rarity. These booster packs are the ideal way to gather cards for building your deck, enjoying games with friends, and trading.
Edge of Eternities – Bundle

To celebrate the launch of another Magic set, local WPN game stores are holding monthly events. The event going on right now is called Magic Academy, which is excellent for beginners and those looking to freshen up their knowledge on how to play Magic. From August 1 to September 18, there will be a “Learn to Play” and “Deck Building” event. Those who participate and purchase any intro product for these events will receive a borderless, traditional foil Trinket Mage promo card while supplies last.
