Amp up the combos and kick up the Heat System in UniVersus! Throughout the years, fighting games have brought energy and fierce combat to the UniVersus trading card game. TEKKEN 8 embraces the head-to-head intensity, and UniVersus honors the set. After the release of the TEKKEN 8 Clash Decks featuring Jin Kazama and Jun Kazama, a TEKKEN 8 booster set has been released with new features.
Released in August 2026, the TEKKEN 8 booster set has been well-received by TCG fans for its expressive illustrations and aggressive page. This set brings 185 Base Cards to the UniVersus playfield, with 25 Alt-Art Ultra Rares and Secret Runes.
TEKKEN 8 unleashes an all-new Heat Mechanic inspired by the aggressive damage and high pressure of the video game fights. This mechanic introduces more gameplay swings, kicks, and throws. Be prepared to strategize through your Enhance Step and Responses. TEKKEN 8 cards continue to amplify attack damage and add Heat tokens to your stage.
This set also features 14 Character Cards of iconic fighters from the games with beautiful alternative art editions. Character Cards include Reina, Yoshimitsu, Alisa, Asuka Kazama, Eddy Gordo, and more! Serialized Chrome Rares make a return, making booster ripping even more exciting. A new card type debuts in this UniVersus set: Arena Cards. Each Arena Card offers a different ability with a difficulty of 3 and a check of 5. The TEKKEN 8 set includes 7 Arena Cards to collect.
Players can find the TEKKEN 8 Booster Set at their local game store or use the official UGN store locator.
