Written by Dan DiDio with art by Jim Calafiore, Alex Sanchez, and more, colors by Juancho!, and letters by Carlos M. Mangual, the oversized 320-page paperback collects all 12 issues of the series, picking up the characters and storylines of the original animated series while pushing the Defenders and their families into a new era.

DiDio brings decades of superhero storytelling and publishing experience to the series. The former DC Entertainment Co-Publisher has written and developed titles including Sideways, OMAC, Phantom Stranger, and Metal Men, and later partnered with Frank Miller to launch Frank Miller Presents. Calafiore is known for his work on titles including Exiles and Aquaman, while Sanchez’s credits span DC, Marvel, IDW, and Dark Horse, including work on Katana, Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, and The Hulk.
