BOOM! STUDIOS ANNOUNCES EXPANDED FAN THANK YOU AT SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON
Discover your free drink at the BOOM! Studios Drink Up
Los Angeles, Calif. (July 10, 2017) – BOOM! Studios is excited to announce that, in response to an overwhelming preliminary response from fans, the BOOM! STUDIOS DRINK UP will be even bigger and better than previously announced. The longest-running annual party by a comic company for fans at Comic-Con International in San Diego will now expand its presence at the Odysea Lounge, located on the second floor of the Hilton Bayfront Hotel, allowing more fans to attend and receive a free drink on Thursday, July 20th beginning at 9pm. The event will feature a larger dedicated area to allow even more attending fans to mingle with the BOOM! Studios team, creators, and other professionals.
Additionally, 1,250 drink tickets will be distributed—increased from the previously announced 1,000—on-site at the Odysea Lounge beginning at 9pm on Thursday, July 20th. Drink tickets will no longer be distributed at the BOOM! Studios and Fox booths on the convention floor, as previously announced. (Please note that fans must present valid ID to show they are of legal drinking age to receive alcoholic beverages.)
“We are blown away by the response from fans to the BOOM! STUDIOS DRINK UP this year, so we’re making it even bigger in every way!” said Filip Sablik, President of Publishing & Marketing, BOOM! Studios. “This means more free drinks, more space for more attendees than ever before, and an easier drink redemption process for attendees.”
This will be the biggest San Diego Comic-Con for BOOM! Studios yet, with a brand-new redesigned booth featuring more creator signings, more limited-edition convention exclusives, and more dynamic and engaging panel programming.https://www.firstcomicsnews.com/boom-studios-announces-expanded-fan-thank-you-at-san-diego-comic-con/https://www.firstcomicsnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Boom-Logo-600x253.pnghttps://www.firstcomicsnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Boom-Logo-150x63.pngNews
