LOS ANGELES, Calif., (August 31, 2026) – Harmonyx, an original sci-fi world-building project set in a near-future urban landscape, today announced an open call for submissions to its debut comic book anthology. The anthology marks the first published work in a broader Harmonyx universe.
Harmonyx invites writers, artists, and creative teams to contribute short comic stories set within its world — a speculative future vision of hyper-urban life where technology and density reshape culture and what it means to be human.
Submissions may explore any corner of the Harmonyx setting, offering creators wide latitude to introduce new characters, technologies, and perspectives within the anthology’s shared universe.

Format: 100-200 word synopsis and art sample

Harmonyx welcomes submissions from solo creators who write and draw, or from writer-artist teams. Completed artwork is not required to submit, but each submission should include sample art from the artist attached to the story. The editorial team will select stories for the anthology, and each selected creator or team will complete the artwork for their story.
Selected contributions will be featured in the first volume of the Harmonyx anthology, with future volumes planned as the universe grows. Work must be original and produced without the use of artificial intelligence.
