Comments: After a great war between machines and humans, Earth is finally at peace. The machines, along with some humans, left for Centaria. Now the Centarians are coming back, and the story does an excellent job of building suspense.
Samara is illustrated as both beautiful and athletic.
She encounters the first Centarian, an armed warrior, and the resulting sword battle is hard-fought. The outcome is unexpected.
Samara becomes the leader of the Rangers, but does she really want the responsibility that comes with the role?
The CEO is an evil robot and the leader of the Centarians. She has sinister plans involving Samara, setting the stage for an even greater conflict.
The sword-fighting scenes are action-packed, with Samara giving everything she has in battle. The artwork captures both her determination and her skill as a warrior.
Samara is thrust into an adventure that leads to both excitement and sorrow. She wins for her planet but suffers a personal loss. By the story’s end, she stands ready to protect her world and its people. She has evolved from a teacher to a warrior and finally into a true protector.
The story is only just beginning, and the possibilities for where it may go next are left to the reader’s imagination.
