From the modern updates and high-octane action that authentically embody the pulp elements of the Phantom, the creative team of writer Ray Fawkes and artist Lynne Yoshi deliver an adventure filled with high-stakes elements, reminiscent of the 1996 Billy Zane films—appreciated by longtime fans—where Fawkes skillfully combines the deadly seriousness of heroism with lighthearted banter infused with optimism, resulting in a charming tone suitable for this genre.
