Rod Serling’s Radio Series The Zero Hour

The Zero Hour was a 1973–1974 American radio drama anthology series hosted by Rod Serling, the legendary creator and narrator of The Twilight Zone. Serling signed on to do the radio show shortly after wrapping up his TV series Night Gallery. He served as host, providing his signature dramatic introductions and voiceovers that built suspense and intrigue, much like his work in The Twilight Zone. The show was directed by Elliott Lewis (a veteran of classic radio shows like the highly regarded Suspense), aired primarily on the Mutual Broadcasting System. The series ran for two seasons with a total of 130 episodes.
