Comments: Prince Salaka and the newly named Zoolah, the computer, share several enjoyable moments here. The Prince is feeling hopeful, and Zoolah seems equally pleased as she grows into her new identity. Battle Beast, however, is not in the best condition. Then there is Juggernaut, a truly wicked creature who is more than ready to take on Battle Beast. Battle Beast remains confident, fully believing he can defeat her. Colossus returns, and with his sister Juggernaut at his side, they stand prepared to face Battle Beast together. One-on-one, Battle Beast might defeat either of them—but against both at once, the odds change dramatically. While this comic’s main appeal is usually Battle Beast in combat, this issue takes a different approach. Instead of nonstop fighting, readers get meaningful character development. The supporting cast proves engaging, especially Prince Salaka, who is beginning to find courage in his regrown body. Zoolah is also becoming more independent, clearly enjoying her expanding sense of self. This issue also features Juggernaut battling a magical wizard. He begins strongly, his confidence growing as the fight progresses. Then reality hits, he is facing Juggernaut, and she shows absolutely no mercy. Battle Beast continues to come across as the ultimate warrior. He claims to want death, yet when battle comes, he fights with every ounce of strength to avoid it.
