1. Mike can only take payment by Paypal. Look through the PDF and pick what books you want. Total them up and add $8 for U.S. shipping and $20 for shipping outside the U.S. Make your payment via Paypal. Mike’s account is spyderlord@aol.com.
2. Send an email to spyderlord@aol.com. Give Mike a list of the books you want and let Mike know what your Paypal account email is so he can match up the payment you sent with your email order.
3. On May 1, Mike will begin shipping everything out to everyone. Simple, huh?!
