Doctor David Shore has a Particle Enhancer and Shutterbug covering the story. Amphibia-man is here to look to talk to Doctor Shore.
Now someone is draining people of blood, and Shutterbug and Amphibia-man are teaming up to try to catch them. These two do not seem to get along all that well, yet to help others, they will work together.
Amphibia-man has a wonderfully designed costume. The villain, here, Mansquito, is a gross-looking combination of man and mosquito. Mansquito is a killer, and now Amphibia-man is his prisoner.
Shutterbug, Amphibia-ma, and Mansquito end up in a brawl. The heroes teaming up work well together. The ending here is explosive.
“Protoplasman!” This story is funny as Protoplasman does like to act playful. The fighting is done playfully. The story is simple and fairly short. The humor is low, with it not even being enough to make you laugh or smile.
The comic ends with a couple of gorgeous pin-ups. These are exciting poses of the superheroes exploding into action.
