Comments: Speed is entered in the Formula X World Championship race. He wants to win for his father.
There is a lot of drama between racers and owners as well. Speed has his heart set on racing; it is in his blood. Speed gets Trixie to back him as a driver since her family has a team racing.
The qualifying race has Speed going all out and putting all his driving skills to the test. With some inspiration from others, Speed finally gets his head into the game. He starts driving street styl,e which he does best. Speed pulls off some crazy driving that you have to see to believe. The illustrations of Speed’s driving skill are beautiful scenes of racing as you have never seen before.
Racer X appears brief, ly and he does draw your attention. You know he will be showing up a lot more. The art does show him as mysterious and also dangerous.
Your need for speed will be satisfied here. The art is outstanding and lets you know this is a racing car comic. Speed with his actions, once it’s easy to see, he will do what it takes to win and then some.
