It’s ME

It’s HIM,

It’s T-I-M…

Hello all, I had the pleasure of attending the AMAZING LAS VEGAS COMIC-CON a week ago and I am eager to share my experience with you all.

I’m a huge fan of outrageous and extreme indy works but not such a big fan of mainstream stuff. One of the panels I sat in on was an interview with JASON AARON and SKOTTIE YOUNG. I was partially tuning out when they talked about major titles like Avengers or Thor but when I discovered AARON was behind THE GODDAMNED and that YOUNG created I HATE FAIRYLAND I freaked out!!! I know I’m late to the party but after the talk, I met with each of them and got signatures and had a chat about the business. Some really great guys.

I got to meet actors from DEADPOOL 2 and even THE GREEN RANGER from Power Rangers fame. I sat in on panels from everything to the overseas shot horror film LIVING SPACE (featuring nazi ghosts) to voice actors from video games, and everything in between! From JON SCHNEPP to the LIBRARY BARDS from indy first-timers to longtime writers and creators like MARV WOLFMAN and the creator of INFINITY WAR all accessible to fans alike.

The Las Vegas location is young with this being only its 5th or 6th year and having attended the marathon of Wonder Con or SDCC this was refreshing to be so much smaller. The crowds were fun with cool cosplay and opportunities to talk and make friends were all around. I got invites to after parties and in general, had a blast.

I’m including a lot of photos – for you to get an idea what it was like.

In future articles, I’m going to be doing more features on writers including BARRY SOLLOWAY, WES RAND, and others including the new publishing house SPOOKYNINJAKITTY. Be well, friends –
