Comments: Athena is still on her mission to destroy the artifact Pele’s Tears.
There is a police detective who carries a whip. He also uses it like Indiana Jones.
Athena gets to kick some Nazi butt. She is shown in a great pose kicking a Nazi.
The Volcano Goddess’s henchmen are drawn and colored wonderfully and seem to almost glow.
As the comic goes on Athena is illustrated better. There are some nicely done poses.
The ending is anti-climatic. More action was needed and it needed to be increased in intensity.
Athena is a great action character. She is like Lara Croft.
